Equity Research asks whether a company is worth the price the market pays for it. Each thesis is written as a claim about the future: a valuation range, the assumptions it depends on, the conditions under which it is wrong, and the date on which it is reviewed. On that date the thesis is scored against what happened.
What We Study
Listed companies whose price implies assumptions that can be tested: growth, margins, capital needs, competitive position. Quantitative screens select candidates. A company enters coverage when its economics can be examined line by line. For healthcare companies, valuations use trial probabilities from Clinical Evidence Research.
Research Standard
Each thesis is fixed before publication: valuation method, key assumptions, invalidation conditions, review date. Changes after publication are logged with date and reason; the original thesis stays unedited. At review, a thesis is scored as held, not held, or invalidated.
Output
The Scorecard. One record per company: thesis, valuation range, assumptions, invalidation conditions, review date, status. Scorecards are published in the archive and change only through dated entries.
